Ingredients
- Marinade
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/3 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 large lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- For Serving
- 2 pitas
- tzatziki store bought or homemade
- red onion sliced
- tomato cubed
Servings:
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and fully submerge chicken breasts
- Let marinate for at least one hour, but the longer the better
- Grill or Bake at 400 for 25-30 until juices run clear and internal temp reaches 165 If Baking...line baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray
- Let chicken breasts cool slightly to be able to slice thinly
- Cut pita in half and stuff the pocket full of chicken, tzatziki, red onion and tomato
