Ingredients
- 1 15oz can Chickpeas
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon 1 large lemon
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1-2 fresh jalapenos seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- paprika
- fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic, jalapeño, and tahini and saute until the garlic starts to turn golden brown, around 2 minutes
- Carefully transfer the warm mixture into the food processor with chickpeas, lemon, cumin and salt. If mixture seems too thick add a tablespoon of water.
- Pulse until smooth
- Fold in fresh cilantro, sprinkle with paprika and a splash of olive oil
