Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Whisk together steak sauce, dressing, worcestershire and vinegar together. Set aside 1/4 cup marinade.
  2. Season meat with salt and pepper, then toss meat in marinade.
  3. Allow meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Soak skewers in water while the meat marinates.
  5. Add mushrooms with meat and marinade. Mix together so each mushroom is well coated.
  6. Skewer meat, onion, and mushrooms on wooden skewers.
  7. Grill for 5 minutes a side for medium.
  8. Right before removing kabobs from grill brush them with the remaining marinade.
  9. Serve with your favorite potato.
