Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped garlic, jalapeño, and tahini and saute until the garlic starts to turn golden brown, around 2 minutes
  3. Carefully transfer the warm mixture into the food processor with chickpeas, lemon, cumin and salt. If mixture seems too thick add a tablespoon of water.
  4. Pulse until smooth
  5. Fold in fresh cilantro, sprinkle with paprika and a splash of olive oil
